In March 2021, Maggie Gonzales Ward started Eckler Cleaning Services to help people find joy in a clean space. Her passion for scientific and proper cleaning is the foundation of the business. It is important to keep clients and their pets, children, or employees safe with proper cleaning techniques and chemicals.
With her 10+ years of business management experience and life-long experience cleaning, she decided to create a pet-friendly cleaning service that focused on the needs of the clients, not the wants of the business owner.
Rebecca, Training and Quality Lead
Rebecca joined Eckler Cleaning Services in August 2021 and was promoted to Team Lead in March 2022. She has a meticulous attention to detail and enjoys effective new ways to clean. In Rebecca’s free time, she likes to play video games. She has 12 years of framing experience and loves to craft. She also likes to read sci-fi and fantasy to escape the world.
Jessie, Team Lead
Jessie joined Eckler Cleaning Services in May 2025 as a full time cleaner. She comes from retail, customer service, and pet sitting experience. In her free time she enjoys walking her dogs. Someday, she hopes to become a pet photographer.
Dayana, Team Lead
Dayana joined Eckler Cleaning Services in part time in September 2026. In March she was brought on full time as a Team Lead. She comes from the beautiful country of Honduras and has been in the US with her family for several years.
Charles, Professional Cleaner
Charles joined Eckler Cleaning Services in August 2023 as a full time Professional Cleaner. He is a Plainfield local and comes from a long retail background. Everyone’s four-legged supervisors love Charles! In his free time, he enjoys watching anime, reading manga, and playing video games.
Wilna, Professional Cleaner
Wilna joined Eckler Cleaning Services in September 2024 and comes to us from the country of Haiti. She spent the last two years focusing on motherhood but missed working. She has several years of cleaning experience and has quickly become a great asset to the Eckler Cleaning team.
Sara, Inventory Assistant
Sara joined Eckler Cleaning Services in May 2025 as the Inventory Assistant. She has the very important job of keeping all supplies filled and stocked. She has many years of customer service experience and also works with cleaning services in New York helping with scheduling and administrative tasks.
Jensy, Web Content Developer
Jensy Gonzales joined Eckler Cleaning Services as the Web Content Developer in September 2025. In school, she studied accounting and finance and is working on a bachelor’s in industrial relations with the goal of strengthening her knowledge in human resource management, labor relations, and organizational development. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music and is drawn to actives that involve challenges and stepping outside her comfort zone.
Charlie, Maintenance Supervisor
Charles Bean (aka Charlie) joined Eckler Cleaning Services in November 2021 and came from Misty Eyes Animal Shelter. He was promoted to Maintenance Supervisor in October 2022 because he just won’t stop trying to help. When he isn’t helping with vacuum maintenance, he loves eating snacky snacks and taking naps.
