Giving effective feedback

Here at Eckler Cleaning Services, we put a lot of thought and care into cleaning your homes. Each step along the way, we make sure that everything is covered. Once we get into a routine, our crew has a specific way to clean your house that may differ from other houses. However, you are always more familiar with your own home than we are, and that means you may notice we have missed something.

Giving effective feedback not only ensures that we are hitting all of the things that need cleaning, but that we are not wasting your time or money. Here are a few tips on how to give effective feedback to a cleaning crew.

First things first, be direct. You hired a service, and if there is something you think we have neglected or needs to be addressed, please do so as soon as you notice it. We love our clients and working in their homes, and we need open communication to be able to do so. A reputable cleaning company should make a clear and concise plan on what they are going to focus on in your home and what they will do regularly in your space.

We value your timely feedback, and if it is within 24 hours of your clean, we will come back to fix the issue. Feedback given days, weeks, or even months later is less effective than timely feedback.

Any additional needs that you want us to address like cleaning additional spaces, adding on a carpet cleaning service or doing a deep clean on specific areas may require a meeting with your cleaning company to evaluate and provide an estimate for services.

If you ever have any questions or concerns, please reach out to us as soon as you notice it, and we will be happy to take the feedback and improve upon our services. Working with a cleaning service that comes regularly can be the best investment you make, and you should be sure you are getting what you agreed upon. Eckler Cleaning Services believes a clean space is a happy space and want to help you achieve that.
