Buy a premixed ready to use spray, or dilute the concentrated mixture with four parts 4, to one-part Odoban (4:1). Odoban is an enzyme cleaner and breaks down the stink in cat pee. After removing the litter in the box, spray with Odoban and let it sit five minutes. Wipe it away, and rinse.
