As we close out 2025, we’re proud to reflect on a year marked by growth, teamwork, and meaningful improvements across Eckler Cleaning Services. None of this would have been possible without our dedicated employees and the continued trust of our clients.
This year, we were excited to welcome Sara and Jessie to the Eckler Cleaning Services team. Their contributions have strengthened our operations and reinforced our commitment to high-quality service.
We also celebrated important employee anniversaries, recognizing the loyalty and hard work of our long-term team members:
- Rebecca – 4 years
- Charles – 2 years
- Wilna – 1 year
Their commitment plays a vital role in the success of Eckler Cleaning Services, and we’re grateful to have them on our team.
Through hard work and consistency, our team completed an impressive 1,843 cleaning jobs in 2025. We were also honored to serve 71 new clients, expanding our reach and building new relationships within our community.
From a financial standpoint, Eckler Cleaning Services celebrated a major achievement by exceeding our revenue goal by $49,000. To support our growing workload and maintain service excellence, we added a second subcontractor, Dayana, allowing us to scale responsibly and efficiently.
We continued to invest in our team by adding New Year’s Eve as a paid holiday, recognizing the importance of work-life balance. We also provided uniforms for all employees, reinforcing professionalism and consistency, and hired a service to clean rags, improving sanitation and workplace efficiency.
Despite ongoing economic challenges and rising costs nationwide, we successfully maintained a low cost of cleaning supplies, ensuring we could continue delivering top-quality service without unnecessary increases.
Behind the scenes, we made important operational upgrades, including upgrading our phone system to improve communication and better serve our clients.
Giving back remained a core part of our mission in 2025. We continued donating cleaning services to Misty Eyers Animal Shelter and were proud to become a sponsor of the 2025 Bow Wow Bash, supporting animals in need and the organizations that care for them.
As we look ahead to 2026, we’re grateful for how far we’ve come and excited for what’s next. Thank you to our amazing team and loyal clients for making 2025 such a successful year for Eckler Cleaning Services.
