If a Concern Is Ever Raised

If a client provides timely feedback that they believe an item may be missing or stolen, we take that concern seriously and act immediately.

Our process includes:

  • Immediate pause and review
    Any team members potentially involved are suspended while a full investigation is completed.
  • Direct involvement from ownership
    I personally meet with the client to listen, gather details, and ensure their concerns are addressed with care and discretion.
  • Support with next steps
    Clients are encouraged to file a police report, and we fully cooperate with law enforcement to help find a resolution.
  • Zero tolerance for theft
    Any team member found to have stolen from a client is terminated immediately. Eckler Cleaning also reserves the right to pursue charges when appropriate.
