There are a few instances that will not warrant a visit out to re-clean an area. For example, if it is raining and your dog goes outside after we have visited. The dog then returns with muddy paws and gets your floors dirty. We love your furry supervisors but once we leave, the floors are your responsibility. If your family makes lunch after we have cleaned the kitchen, we are not responsible for redoing the stovetop or counters.
If we are unable to enter the home and cannot contact you to enter your space, that also is not covered in the 24-hour guarantee. We want everything to go as smoothly as possible and that our clients’ satisfaction is unprecedented.
