I couldn’t be prouder of the accomplishments the Eckler Cleaning Services team has made this past year. We have adjusted services, additional services, added new team members, and benefits. Here’s what we did:
Service Changes
- Added soap dishes to all reoccurring cleans
- Added toothbrush holders to all reoccurring cleans
- Added makeup mirrors to all reoccurring cleans
- Added dry dusting all baseboards to all reoccurring cleans
- Added exterior door windows to all reoccurring cleans (if it’s not too cold)
- Added cleaning the exterior of kitchen trash cans to all reoccurring cleans
- Added coffee pot drip trays to all reoccurring cleans
- Added refrigerator water drip tray to all reoccurring cleans
- Added lamp bases to all reoccurring cleans
- A more defined list of small items and furniture that we do move during your clean

- Rebecca celebrated her 2 year anniversary

- Celebrated our 2 year anniversary for donating cleans to Misty Eyes Animal Shelter

- Added Memorial Day and Labor Day as paid holidays for full time employees
- Added another company vehicle for employee use
- Rebecca gets to drive the Prius full time (saving miles on her personal vehicle)
It’s been a great year at Eckler Cleaning Services! As a small business, sometimes it can be difficult to keep up with big businesses. Next year we are planning on improving our service agreement, adding one or two more company vehicles, adding at least one more full timer, adding a full-time administrative role, a more defined PTO policy, and more.
